SIKTER is roasted fresh in Rotterdam, in full batches. No coffee sits waiting on a shelf: the first roast starts once enough pre-orders have come in to fill a batch. So your first order takes longer than a normal delivery. In return you get coffee from the very first roast, and you pay nothing until we are ready to roast.
